Upon receiving a confirmation on the collection date, an ETA date will be sent to you by our team. However, kindly take note that delays of arrival could also occur under unforeseen circumstances such as complications at customs, traffic conditions, random checks by the authorities at customs etc...

Depending on the agreed terms, goods are either sent to our respective warehouses or to be collected by our local fleet upon verifying required documents, and reimbursement of duties / GST. A confirmation note will then be sent via WhatsApp or email to the respective parties involved

Taxes and Duties in accordance to trade regulations of the respective country are calculated in percentages based on invoice value as well as the nature of goods delivered. In addition to that, Incoterms agreed by the relevant shipping parties would indicate and specify information regarding payee and risks of transfers

Our standard deliveries are not inclusive of manual labor. All consignors and consignees must ensure availability of proper equipment i.e forklifts, hand-pallet truck, or sufficient manpower for both loading / unloading Alternatively, manual transitions can be arranged under special delivery requirements and is subject to availability. Charges for deliveries to FTZs, Ports, and Airports varies depending on cargo volume and other special requirements such as total waiting time required for unloading and special pass / permits required to complete the delivery

In SNL Logistics, we prioritize the well-being and safety of both our drivers and cargo delivered. Hence express deliveries on the same day are not permitted in violation of our safety guidelines to ensure that all drivers are to have sufficient rest and to operate under a healthy physical state
